BERG
The Beliefs in Engineering Research Group — or BERG — is an ever-evolving team of scholars who investigate beliefs that perpetuate inequity in engineering. I launched BERG out of my role as a PI in the Department of Engineering Education at Ohio State University. Over the years, this group of vibrant scholars have worked together to establish BERG as a community of learning and development for those interested in pursuing their curiosity about how beliefs (in any form) create and perpetuate inequities in engineering spaces.
